This is how the day of high school graduation is done in Sweden.
At least how  a part of that day is spent,for a lot of students in Sweden.
First they have a ceremony at school,or another nearby large building.
Then they head out,to the tractors with wagon,or a truck,and goes for a ride around town,loud music,dancing and partying is a part of the concept.
